Follow your Art with Kris Rodolico
This class is an introduction to the artistic process for adults wanting to put creative self-expression into their lives. Students will explore a combination of two and three dimensional art media to find what suits them best. Matieral list available. Contact www.follow-your-art.com

Young Artists Studio, Grades 3-5 with Julie Fox
Students will have the opportunity to work with a variety of media with the goal of developing confidence in using tools and understanding the basic principles of art.

Victorian Fair

The Melrose Victorian Fair, sponsored by the Melrose Chamber of Commerce, has been a major hometown event for the past 28 years. It is a day-long celebration. When the Fair began in 1981, it was intended to bring community attention to the city’s renovated downtown area. Newly installed Victorian lampposts highlight the prominent architecture and rich heritage of Melrose. From the first year’s launch to its subsequent successes year after year, the Victorian Fair has become a beloved community tradition. It continues to bring local businesses, organizations and Melrose residents together.

I love to Draw, Grades 6-8 with Julie Fox
This class will focus on improving drawing skills and making drawings more dymnamic through lessons in composition and materials use while emphasizing creative thinking and the individual interests of each student.

MAAV Walk

Mark your calendar and plan to join us for the 13th Annual Walk & Candlelight Vigil. This is MAAV’s signature event and primary fund raiser, as we commemorate lives lost to domestic violence and rededicate ourselves to nonviolence. Please contact us if you are interested in serving as a sponsor, or would like more information on forming a team for the Walk.
