Healthy Families
A home visting progran for first-time parents age 20 and younger, serving Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, North Reading, Reading, Stoneham and Wakefield. Sevices are free, confidential and offered during pergnancy and until the child turns three.

Drop-In Playtime
For parents of infants, newborn to six months.
Led by a registered nurse.
Parent Infant Group
For parents of infants, newborn to six months.
Learn about growth and development, feeding
patterns, soothing a fussy child, sleep habits
and other topics. Led by a registered nurse.
Pre-Toddler Playtimes
Creepin’ Crewlers: 7-13 months
Wobblin’ Walkers: 14-20 months
Songs, simple sign language and other
developmental play activities offered.
Led by a Child Development Specialist.
Terrific Toddlers: 21-47 months
An eight-week session led by a Child Development Specialist
for parent/caregiver and child to interact with peers. Singing, arts and
crafts and story time included.
Super Sibs Playgroup: 5-47 months
For parents with a Terrific Toddler (21-47 months) and a younger sibling
(5-20 months). Led by a Child Development Specialist, this eight-week
session helps parent/caregivers and child learn to interact with peers. Singing, arts and crafts and story time included.
